CONGU Handicap Changes

From today you will notice that your CONGU handicap has changed. Most probably it will have gone up!.

We had to implement this change because of the new (well okay it is not that new) Rule 19.8 of the CONGU handicapping system. This rule states that the maximum score allowed on any hole (for handicap calculation) is a NETT double bogey. Previously we were adjusting allowing only a maximum of a GROSS double bogey.
